Why?
Finding good talent in the tech space is hard, finding the best is even harder. It’s what I love to do, connecting the best talent with the best problems in the tech industry. Bringing people together that foster different ideas but similar principles, create synergy, cause disruption and make the world a better place.

How?
It’s pretty simple really, having conversations with people, taking interest in what they do and matching them with other’s that foster the same principles to culture in tech teams that drive innovation.
